Every day, our bodies need about 2 - 2.5 liters of water from food and beverages to compensate for the loss of water through different pathways. Usually two thirds of the water comes from drinks and the rest from other foods. Water demand depends on body weight, physical activity of each person.
Note not to dry mouth and throat. Drink clean water, cool boiled water, drink slowly, take small sips and divide evenly throughout the day even when not thirsty.
